Do's
- Support your cake from the bottom. - Keep the cake level at all times. - Transport cakes w/ Max A/C on. - Store cakes in fridge, in it's box. - Remove from fridge 1-1.5hrs before eating. Keep in box for at least 30.mins - Place cake on a stand at least 1" bigger than the cake board. - Place any leftovers in air-tight container in fridge. - Give yourself plenty of time to stop and make turns slowly.
Dont's
- Expose cake to direct sunlight or heat source. - Travel with your cake on someone's lap or empty seat. - Street race while transporting your cake. - Please no pit stops on your way to your cake's destination. A warm car is buttercream's arch nemesis.
